This policy applies to all information received by The Alliance, both online and offline, on any Platform (‘Platform’, includes the The Alliance website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
Your Consent. In addition to the sharing described elsewhere in this Policy, we will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of The Alliance when we have your consent to do so.

Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control. Community Guidelines
The guidelines following describe behaviors that will not be permitted by The Alliance either on its website or its social media sites (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter). Violations of these guidelines will result in removal of posts and/or content and may result in the expulsion of individuals from The Alliance Community.
Racism and discrimination create an environment of exclusion, intimidation, and fear. No one within our community should feel this way or be subjected in any way to this form of toxic abuse.
This behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Racism, discrimination, or insults
Hate speech, violence, or threats
Marginalized groups
Protected and marginalized groups include: People grouped together based on their actual or perceived race, color, ethnicity, immigration status, national origin, religion or faith, sex or gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition. It also includes people who are grouped together based on their housing or socio-economic status, age, weight or size, pregnancy or veteran status.
We encourage discourse and debate and hope that members of our community will have conversations about issues that matter to them and that affect us all in a way that’s constructive, civil and builds community. However, when conversations become heated, lead to insults, abusive language and personal invective, we reserve the right to remove them and to caution those individuals involved in these conversations that continued behaviors will result in them being removed from The Alliance Community.
Examples include: attacking, berating, bullying, belittling, insulting, harassing, threatening, trolling, or swearing at others or their views even if you disagree with them.
The Alliance will not tolerate any form of public shaming or ridicule. This includes, but is not limited to, remarks about an individual’s, or company’s, work, skills or industry contributions.
The Alliance will not provide its main website and/or it’s social media sites as a platform for the airing of personal disputes and grievances.
Any such postings will be removed and individuals engaged in these activities or behaviors will be cautioned. If this behavior continues it may result in the removal of such individuals from access to The Alliance Community website and social media.
